Ice Sculpting - the Coolest Activity in Town

Gather a group of friends or work colleagues and let your inner ice artist go crazy. This activity is done with blocks of ice from Torne River, and is guided by an experienced ice artist from ICEHOTEL.

The activity takes place on the terrace of Hotel C Stockholm and takes about 45–60 minutes. 10–40 people work in teams of two and the objective is to create an art piece out of ice. One team is the winner and inside the ICEBAR we raise our glasses made of ice to salute them.

ICEBAR Stockholm is rebuilt each year by skilled ice artists from ICEHOTEL – a world famous hotel and art exhibition made of ice and snow. Founded in 1989, it is reborn in a new shape every winter, in the Swedish village of Jukkasjärvi – 200 km north of the Arctic Circle. The Torne River, the arts, and creating a setting for life-enriching moments are at the heart of it all.
